Supervise This! Ray

Full of warm feelings for Quality First throughout his interview, the new Call Center Production Supervisor spoke nothing but words of praise for the environment and the people here that allowed him to reach this new height. Ray was promoted to this position just in time for the Giant June Sale, but he says he was ready for it.

If you haven't come to realize the perpetual aura of familial influence surrounding Quality First, you clearly haven't been paying attention and will probably fail your midterm on the subject. With this in mind, it shouldn't come as a surprise to hear that Ray was drawn to the company because his dad worked here.

Ray eased into a full-time position in the call center, where he grew and grew over the past five years. He contrasts his time here to other companies: the environment is a lot friendlier than other call centers, he explained, and there's an interesting variety of things one can pitch to customers.

"This company is definitely a company that will help a person grow," he said, constantly double-checking that this humble writer would weave a story with the proper amount of appreciation for Quality First and its opportunities

We did talk about things other than work, though: for instance, his absolutely precious chihuahua named Angel. She's six years old and loves to wear cute things!

If he's gaming, Call of Duty is his specialty. He also plays from the Madden sports series– and since he's been playing Golf Clash, maybe we'll see him next year at the golf tournament? Keep those eyes to the skies, too, because Ray is known to fly his DJI Mavic Pro drone around when he's got the time.

Happy supervising, Ray, and may you thrive in this position!
